Cancellation Policy
Effortlessly Estimate Your Pond Consultation! X2 Consultations are covered in your annual subscription. Additionally, there will be an additional charge of £25 + VAT for each hour of travel time from post code G837AW to your Home and back. If treatments are needed, they can be purchased separately with a 5% discount. Topical Treatments for Koi work are priced at £13 per koi. Kindly note, any cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to the home visit. Count on us for all your pond needs with confidence!
