This signifies that when you make an emergency booking, it will take precedence over all other bookings on our schedule. Emergency Fee: To offset the expenses incurred in adjusting our schedules and accommodating your eleventh-hour request, an emergency fee of £100 will be levied in addition to the standard pond visit fee and travel time charges. Medications and extra procedures would also be charged separately at the end of the consultation with an itemised receipt. Cancellation Ramifications: Kindly note that making an emergency booking may entail the cancellation or rescheduling of pre-existing appointments. Cancellation Policy

Effortlessly Estimate Your Pond Consultation! X2 Consultations are covered in your annual subscription. Additionally, there will be an additional charge of £25 + VAT for each hour of travel time from post code G837AW to your Home and back. If treatments are needed, they can be purchased separately with a 5% discount. Topical Treatments for Koi work are priced at £13 per koi.
